twanvl d3922cb59d make pack type labels clickable (based on HoverButton).

twanvl eba29d38e7 don't merge actions that have been undone before, for example: 
typing1 Ctrl+Z Ctrl+Y typing2 Ctrl+Z
removes just typing2, not both.

coppro cf4aea531d Game settings loading is now deferred until the game is fully loading. 
This allows auto replaces to be properly loaded from the game file.

twanvl e1750ee504 renamed SpellChecker::destroy to destroyAll, because the former conflicted with IntrusivePtrBase::destroy. The result was that destroy was called recursively and objects were freed multiple times.

twanvl 1ac3294993 Simple spelling checker using the Hunspell library. 
Currently the checker is only exposed through the script function check_spelling_word, which returns true if the word is spelled correctly.

twanvl fee64d283f Cleaned up the Alignment type, it is now much more orthogonal. 
Changed the behavior of justifying:
 - by default justify words instead of characters
 - only justify before soft line breaks, unless "alignment: force justify" is used.

coppro 692d5b6286 Updates to make things work. 
Some trivial things that are required to make it work on Linux.
Also updated build scripts to use Boost. You have to use
./configure --with-boost-regex=<libname, suitable for -l>

twanvl 56463a8806 Added empty_name to PackageChoiceField; 
Package choice fields now reflect in scripts as "/:NO-WARN-DEP:packagename". This suppresses warnings when loading files in that package or using the package as a symbol font.

twanvl dc9405e441 Added some more classes for ScriptErrors; 
Added split_text function, which is the 'opposite' of break_text;
Script code "f\n(stuff)" now parses as "f;stuff" instead of a function call, "f(stuff)";
Fixed bug in cursor movement, which caused the closing > of a tag at end of input to be overwritten.

twanvl 6c782bb033 Changed the way the FilteredCardList on the stats panel selects cards: 
used to: by running scripts on cards and comparing to string value of selected group
  now:     by keeping a list of group_ids for all cards, and comparing indices
Added 'bin size' attribute for making a histogram of numeric axes.
Added 'Text length' statistic.

twanvl 76c71e5800 Catch all exceptions in onPaint functions, because otherwise we show a message box. Message boxes while in a paint handler lead to a crash on win32. 
Made a CATCH_ALL_ERRORS macro containing the common catch statements.
