twanvl cd88dc3783 Added drop down lists to toolbar buttons for:

- card rotation
 - add (multiple) cards

Requires patch to wx (or the HEAD branch version), see http://trac.wxwidgets.org/ticket/8556
this appears to be for MSW only.

This directory contains is a list of the fixes/changes I made to wxWidgets (version 2.6.3) on MSW.

Some of these might also apply to other ports as well.



  fixes.txt         =  changes that actually fix bugs

  optimization.txt  =  changes that improve library size/performance
