--Usage--
|
|
> rotate_image(input: image, angle: some_number)
|
|
|
|
Rotate an image. The image can become larger to accomodate the rotated bounding box.
|

| @input@ [[type:image]] Image to rotate.
|
|
| @angle@ [[type:double]] Angle to rotate by, in degrees counter clockwise.
