The display size of the Output image was being computed using the available element size, which included margins and was leading to the bottom couple pixels being clipped. Correcting that to properly account for the actual image size.
MSE draws masks on the slice window and expects the sizes to be equivalent. This was presenting problems with the way I was trying to do internal scale as I was applying the scale upfront as the slice window loads and would need to scale the mask to match. Instead, applying the scale only when the output is generated from the slice window.
MSE now handles opening more gracefully - can handle directories and failures
Changed behavior to always save cards to separate files with intent to add VCS later (note: shouldn't do this for zip, but can't see a good way to approach this)

Use CachedScriptableMask for all masks.
TODO: This introduces some duplicate code in ValueViewers that could be fixed by moving mask to the Style base class.

Fixed some bugs:
- Missing choice images can crash mse.
- The wrong style is used for making preview choice images on style panel.
FOR_EACH(x, *y.z) should now work without parentheses on linux as well.

WARNING: This version is unstable. High possibility of encountering a complete processor lockup (likely an infinite loop).
Known bugs on Linux: Some fields are being drawn off-target (such as text) and they need to be fixed in order to allow compatibility. Different style files on different platforms would not be a good idea. The combined-editors are not working. When a text-replacement is made via "~", the cursor is placed before it and attempting to remove or select it causes a lockup. Symbol editor seems to be working fine. The symbol selection dialog causes a crash when used.
