pichoro	b28e87e5fe	Version bumping from past edits. ... Updating vs-standard-new to match vs-standard-official and vs-standard-arrow. Changed insert symbol menus to use "•" instead of "<>", so they actually work. New plan for preventing symbolization of affiliations on old style cards.
