Rendering symbols to an image always uses anti-aliassing (by downsampling from a large size);

Choice rendering now uses "style.image()" instead of "style.choice_images[value]";

Added script functions for working with multiple choice values;
Added in_context support for filter_rule;
Optimized toUpper/toLower because they are slow on windows (they use thread local storage and mutexes)

Added 'insert symbol' menu for SymbolFonts;

Added scriptable 'enabled' to symbols in symbol font, used instead of scripted filenames. This means changing the tap symbol style now works;
Added localisation for games, stylesheets and symbolfonts;
Warnings from Reader are now shown onIdle;

Automatic use of singular names -> even more use of REFLECT instead of REFLECT_N.
...
This also works better for GetMember, since the plural names (which make sense for scripts) are the default.

Switched to a new coding style, which plays nicely with the Reader/Writer. This new style allows REFLECT to be used instead of REFLECT_N in most places.
